I first practiced Yoga in 1991 when I lived in Southern California at the time.
I studied in various styles of yoga before I stumbled onto Ashtanga yoga. (Luckily, I didn't stumble in class too much), loving the structure and flow of it from the beginning. When I moved to Orlando in 1997, I was dismayed at the lack of powerful yoga classes in the area. Luckily, a wonderful teacher named Lewis Rothlien began offering Ashtanga classes in Winter Park and re-kindled my love and passion for Yoga.
In 2001, I completed a wonderful teacher training with David Swenson, and have been teaching and traveling ever since then, attending various teacher trainings with Rod Styker, Shiva Rea and Seane Corn, I have also logged over 500 hours in Yoga classes at retreats and conventions since 2001.
I currently lead a Dynamic Non-Fatiguing Flow style of Yoga class. I really consider myself more of a Yoga Choreographer than a teacher. I love to mix various elements of all styles of Yoga into a truly interesting, fun and fresh Yoga practice every class.
If you are a studio owner looking for a very interesting teacher to come into town to stimulate your students and teachers with some ultra creative Yoga choreography, I would love to visit anywhere there is a need for a creative Yoga catalyst. Travel expenses only and I can show up anywhere with my creative Yoga sequences.
